The Children’s Workforce is key to realising our aims and visions, to improve outcomes for children. Havering believes that professional development for all school staff is key to raising standards and achieving these outcomes. There are many various roles within the Children’s Workforce, within schools and other services, both paid employment and voluntary work . Each role requires differing expertise and training.

These roles and training for them are continuing to evolve, creating greater opportunity for career development than ever before.
